Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
Apart from the obvious use for cooling an area, air conditioning, heat pumps, are the most cost effective form of heating available. They operate on a coefficient of performance of 4:1. This means that for every Kilowatt of electricity used to run the machine, it will deliver 4Kw of heating. This is possible by taking heat from the outside air and transferring it to indoors. The machine works at around minus 17C and so, in this country, heat is always available to be harvested.
If you have an office, large or small, a conservatory, outbuilding or hot bedroom, an air conditioning unit will save you many pounds.
Our company has been installing air conditioning units for the past 20 years and have many satisfied, and richer, customers. Last year we completed the replacement of all the existing heating system at the Spire, Cambridge Lea, Hospital, with air con units. Cellar cooling, cold rooms and any other temperature control systems can be accommodated by us.
Our company is registered with FGAS and Refcom and so you can always be sure of a competent job and good advice.
